Domestic Shipping Method

For domestic shipments, dress ships via UPS exclusively and offers three types of service: UPS Ground service, UPS 2-Day Air service, and UPS Next Day Air service.

U.S. Shipping Rates: For purchases over $500, dress offers complimentary UPS Ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states. For purchases under $500, or for express options, please refer to the rate chart below.

2013 Shipping Rates 

Shipping Restrictions: dress does not offer weekend delivery. Ground shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico (only 2-Day service is available.) 

Tracking: Once your order is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you and will include your tracking number.

International Shipping Method: For international orders, dress uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) International Shipping.

All international orders will be considered FINAL SALE. We will not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact dress at with questions regarding sizing, fit, color, or condition questions. Once an international shipment is delivered to the USPS, dress will not be responsible for loss or damage of an item. Any orders placed internationally are in agreement with the policy set forth here.

International Shipping Rate: For international orders, dress charges a flat rate of $50 for shipping via the USPS. This rate includes shipping and handling and is a non-negotiable flat rate.

Taxes/Duties/Refused Shipments (for International Shipments: Once dress has delivered the merchandise to the USPS, you (the customer) assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. When applicable, you are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, and/or fees charged by Customs.

Orders shipped to international locations are FINAL SALE. Should an international shipment be returned to dress for any reason, the recipient is responsible for the original shipping charges, any taxes, duties, and/or Customs fees that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to dress. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund, only when returned within 15 days of original purchase date.






Please read the following 8 policies carefully prior to placing your order. If you place an order with dress, you are thereby agreeing to abide by these policies.

The policies outlined below are for dress online/phone order purchases only. In-store purchases are subject to dress in-store policies, which are available at our physical location.


Return and Exchange Policies:

1. dress  does not offer cash or credit card refunds. All returns are for exchange or store credit only (except for purchases shipped internationally, which are FINAL SALE.)

2. All returns and exchanges must first be approved by dress. All requests for returns/exchanges must be made within 7 days of the original delivery date, either by phone (617.248.9910) or by email at

3. dress reserves the right to deny requests if the reasons for exchanges/returns do not meet our return policy requirements.

4. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original price tags intact.

5. SALE MERCHANDISE AND ACCESSORIES (INCLUDING HANDBAGS AND JEWELRY) ARE FINAL SALE. No exchanges. No returns. No price adjustments. Sale merchandise is NOT returnable under any condition.

6. dress reserves the right to deny credit if the condition of the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy and standards.

7. If merchandise is damaged on its way to you, please contact us by email at: before sending it back to us.

8. dress will grant up to 2 exchanges for eligible phone/online orders. Any exchanges beyond the standard 2 times are subject to approval. Any shipping costs incurred to return the merchandise to dress are the responsibility of the customer.






Before sending out your exchange/return package, please contact dress by email at dress will issue you a Return Authorization number (RA#) via email. Please write this number on the outside of your package. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PACKAGES WITHOUT AN RA#. 

Merchandise for return or exchange must be packaged and postmarked within 7 days from the issuance of the RA#.

Returns/exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return/exchange is processed.

dress will not be able to process your return/exchange without having your original order sent back to us.

If the same merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be issued a store credit for the original purchase price of the merchandise, excluding the original shipping cost, which will be mailed to you.

Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise. In such a case, we will send you a return label via email at our cost. 

After you have received your RA# and your package is clearly labeled with the RA number, send your package to the following address:
