(The policies outlined below are for Dress online/phone order purchases only. In-store purchases are subject to Dress in-store policies, which are available at our physical location.)
CREDIT CARD REFUNDS will be issued for FULL-PRICE ITEMS only.
All items DISCOUNTED 40% or more are FINAL SALE.
Fragrances, Candles, Home, Jewelry, and Undergarments are FINAL SALE.
All items DISCOUNTED UP TO 40% may be returned for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY.
All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with any original tags intact.
All returns must be pre-approved by Dress and returned with an assigned Return Authorization number. Before returning any merchandise, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you an RA#.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original ship date.
We recommend returns be made with a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. Dress is not responsible for missing packages.
Return shipping labels can be purchased here for $10. Please note, it may take up to 24 hours to receive your return label via email.

Once your return is received, you will receive an email once your exchange or refund has been processed.
Original and return shipping fees will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your order but returned your order, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of an error on our part or in the case of damaged merchandise.
We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our requirements.
