WE-AR4 is a conscious fashion brand dedicated to redefining luxury and timeless design through deadstock and upcycled materials. WE-AR4 was founded in New York City in 2021 by Anna Bakst and Michele Rutigliano, fashion industry veterans who believe that sustainability is an obligation not an option. We recognize the industry has reached a moment that demands collective change. Our approach is to rethink the traditional fashion system of overproduction and excess, crafting our collections from luxury deadstock and upcycled fabrics sourced directly from European mills and world class factories. Giving a new life to materials that would otherwise become waste is an opportunity to evolve an industry we love. It allows us to create immediate climate-positive impact and give customers desirable responsibly designed choices.
